Poetry Consultations
Hi! I’m excited to begin offering poetry consultations. Whether you are looking for feedback on an individual poem, a group of poems, or on a full-length collection-- or just hoping to discuss your writing processes and ideas-- I’m excited to work with you!
These sessions are unique and customizable. I have per-page rates for line edits and rates for broader, more thematic-based feedback. We can discuss your goals and find something that works for you.
Types of sessions include:
Close-reading of a single poem/small group of poems (5-7 pages)
Chapbook (15-40 pages)
Full-manuscript (40-100 pages+)
Thematic discussion
I will also offer feedback on application materials (to MFA and PhD programs)
Poets can expect to receive:
- Written feedback from me
- 1 hour (minimum) zoom call discussing your work
- Ideas for revisions
- Suggestions for further reading
- For chapbook/full-length work: a 30-minute preliminary call to discuss your goals, concerns, and relation(s) to writing
Standard Rates (with discounts available for former students):
$10 per page, line-edits
$60/hour zoom workshop
